1.Susan, please tell us what is “personal power”?

Yes, we all have our inner voice, our intuition that we hear, but that we don't always pay attention too. Meditation is a most divine energy to attune with our inner voice, our voice of wisdom, our light essence, which is our intuitive nature, the voice of our Soul. It is one thing to listen to our inner wisdom, it is yet another to act upon what our wisdom is revealing to us. When we listen, then act, is when we begin to own our power and act upon our wisdom. The more one does this, the more power we store and the more courage we find to not only walk the talk of inspiration, the more energy we have to follow our heart, that inner voice of all knowing. We all have bought into what others have told us who we are and how we should be. The art of doing is acting upon one's own truth. In so doing you begin to believe more in yourself which is not selfish, it is self love. The more you love yourself for who you are the more power you have to follow your heart and own the power of your Light Self, which is your real Self, the voice of Spirit of the real essence of who you are.

2.How can we be empowered to walk within our personal power?

One simply has to begin to take action. Let is start in little ways to build up courage to do what makes you feel good about yourself. Ask yourself: “What makes me happy” “What do I enjoy doing” and then do it. When one feels good about themselves, it radiates out through the auric field and others perceive it. We are all telepathic by our divine right, and we read each others body language. What you think within your mind's eye oftentimes has more power than what you say.

So if you tell yourself: I AM Love and you believe it because you are doing what makes you feel good about you, this energy radiates out to others. So by empowering yourself to feel good about you, within that, you are empowering others to feel good about themselves too.
We are all interconnected, just like the strands of the beautiful dream catcher and what one strand does, the other strands feel. See these as strands of Light upholding the one source of all things. See yourself as the Light, because you are and empower, charge up your strand so the entire dream of life can feel the light as well. This is personal power to believe in and act upon what brings you joy, which is power, which is upheld by Light, the Light of Love of All Things. We are all connected.

3.Susan, please explain us what is Soul extraction?

It is too easy for each of us to feel as though we are separated from The Source, The Light. As we move along within our day-to-day lives, this physical dimension in which we live, we feel that this physical reality is the only reality. We seem to forget that we come from the divine source of trust and innocence. Truly we are here to remember our innocence, which brings us joy. And it is the little things in life that make us happy. Do what makes you feel happy, for in so doing, once again, this energy encases your auric field and happiness brings forth even more joy.
When I work within your Light field, your auric field, I sense where you have placed some of your past life pain, fear and anxiety. It can be from just this life experience, or from past life experiences. Spirit working through me will come to these places within your auric field and therein we shall ask you questions. In so doing, we are allowing you to put words to your pain and fear. When YOU express these words they start to uplift from you, so that together we can release these pains, aches and fears and in so doing bring Light there to heal. So we, together, extract past energies from your Soul's evolution so that more Light can fill your auric field and your heart so that the pain can be released from your thinking. It truly is most beautiful healing energy to share with you.
