There is lots of information about Reiki on the internet, so I will not go deep into this subject.
I combine Reiki with Angelic Healing, using the principles of both, and invoking Archangel Zadkiel & Goddess Kuan-Ying, the rulers of the Violet Flame, while doing Reiki, as the Violet flame helps to dissolve away any negativity.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy"
flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Why Violet Flame Reiki?
