We live in a very hectic times, and sometimes, we simply do not have time to come to a peace, to the stillness of the mind, in order to connect with our inner wisdom and Higher realms.

During times of stress or painful life situations, we need these moments of stillness & serenty, as that is in these moments, when we can find the guidance we are seeking and the rest.

Perhaps it will be suitable here to quote the difinition of serenity, given to me by Great Goddess Isis, on the one of my channeling session with her.
